For S.5 (A' Level)

  • UCE results slip (Original & 2 copies)

  • Transfer letter from previous school

For Vocational Programs

School Rules & Regulations

All students and parents are expected to read and adhere to these rules. A signed copy of the rules acknowledgment is required at admission.

Attendance & Punctuality

  • Students must be in school by 7:45 AM daily
  • 95% attendance required per term
  • Medical absences require doctor's note
  • Leave requests must be made in writing
  • Three late arrivals = one absence

Uniform & Appearance

  • Full school uniform must be worn at all times
  • Hair must be neat (no dyed hair or extreme styles)
  • No jewelry except simple watches
  • No makeup or nail polish
  • PE kit required for sports days

Academic Conduct

  • Homework must be submitted on time
  • Cheating results in automatic zero and disciplinary action
  • Library use requires silence
  • Mobile phones NOT allowed in class
  • Textbooks must be covered and cared for

Boarding Rules

  • Lights out at 10:00 PM
  • Bed-making required by 6:30 AM
  • No food in dormitories
  • Visitation days: Last Sunday of each month
  • No leaving school grounds without permission

Disciplinary Measures

First Offense: Warning and counseling

Second Offense: Written warning, parent notified

Third Offense: Suspension (1-3 days)

Serious Offenses: Disciplinary committee hearing, possible expulsion
